Oakham TeachMeets

We are delighted to announce our new weekly Teaching & Learning Clinic sessions for the Spring Term 2021:

Week 7: Friday 28th May

Word of the week and vocabulary flooding

What is ‘Word of the week’ and what is it for? What is vocabulary flooding? This clinic will help colleagues understand how using both of these can help pupils develop and enhance vocabulary in their subject area. Lucy Breag will lead this session alongside the T and L team.

All sessions take place on Teams from 13:05 to 13:35 and recordings are available to all Oakham staff. Following the change in Government guidelines, TeachMeets will now take place in-person in a socially distanced setting as well as being recorded. Please note that the timetable may be subject to change as we aim to respond to staff needs.
